Holistic massage concentrating on the upper back, shoulder and neck area.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment
Gentle pressure & specialised movements are used to move the skin and help mobilse the lymphatic system. The treatment is great for relaxation and general well being, but is specifically used to positively affect inflammation and swelling in the body by draining lymph. Treatments start with work around the neck area before moving onto the affected area/s. Length of treatments vary depending on anticipated outcomes. MLD can also be combined with other therapies or used as an 'add on'. If you are interested in booking MLD please contact Rachel to discuss your requirements further.

Warm Bamboo Massage 60 min session £42
The use of warm bamboo promotes relaxation and helps reduce stress whilst also allowing deeper work to the muscle layers. Wonderfully warming, this treatment has been a firm favourite with many for the treatment of muscular tension. * Not suitable for the pregnant client. Also available 90 min session £62

The use of hot basalt stones and traditional massage techniques to help treat, relieve and prevent physical discomfort.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy which treats the body as a whole - body, mind and spirit, through the use of traditional massage techniques and reflex points across the feet.

Indian Head Massage 60 min session £42
Based on the ayuverdic system of healing originating from India, IHM concentrates on the upper back, neck, shoulders, head and face to relieve muscle tension, stress and fatigue to leave the client feeling calm and relaxed. Treatments carried out in seated position or on the treatment couch.
Deep Tissue Massage 60 min session £42
Targets deeper layers of the muscle to breakdown muscle tissues and adhesion's.
Thai Stretch Massage 60 min session £42
Originating in Northern Thailand, this treatment is wonderfully relaxing, it has strong emphasis on stretch and physical manipulation and incorporated elements of Swedish massage and acupressure to relieve muscular tension. Carried out on the massage couch and with clients clothed, the treatment is particularly good for lower back, hip and leg issues.

Pregnancy Treatments
The following therapies are designed for the pregnant client and are suitable for women after the first trimester of pregnancy.
Pregnancy Massage 60 min session £42
Pregnancy massage can be of benefit to both mother and baby. Pregnancy can put pressure on women’s joints, ligaments and organs and often causes discomfort and pain. Massage in pregnancy has been designed to try and help alleviate the aches and pains associated to pregnancy and reduce feelings of stress/anxiety through the promotion of relaxation. Through the use of traditional massage techniques the treatment has been designed to ensure the ultimate comfort of the client and a positive relaxing experience. Treatments are carried out in a side-lying position and last up to an 1hr.

Policies & Appointment Guidelines
Cancellation Policy ~ Non Attendance
24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of all appointments. Less than 24 hours notice or non attendance will incur a charge of the full treatment price, the fee must be paid before your next appointment can be booked. Appropriate notice allows your appointment to be offered to other clients, your cooperation in this, is very much appreciated and shows your respect and support for my business. The cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
Consultation Forms
Clients will be asked to complete a consultation form before their appointment. Please complete and return before the start of your appointment.
Time Keeping
Please arrive 'on time' for your appointment, on your own and bring only what you need. Late arrival may result in a loss of 'treatment time'.
Payment
Payment must be paid at the end of the appointment, cash, card or bank transfer are accepted. If redeeming a Gift Voucher, this must be presented at the start of the treatment for which it is to be redeemed.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers, E Vouchers & Gift cards are valid for six months from the date of issue, they must be in date and presented at the start of the treatment for which they are to be redeemed.
Cleaning
There are stringent infection control measures in place, the treatment room will be cleaned between each client and at the start and finish of each day. Each client will have clean linen/sheets and sterile equipment.
