Its been a busy few months and May sees me celebrating ten years as a Massage Therapist. Various factors lead me to train as a Massage Therapist in Holistic Massage back in 2007 but it was one of the best decisions I made. Once qualified I was keen to train in other therapies and Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy Massage Treatments soon followed. I have recently become a qualified Reflexologist and earlier this year trained to offer Warm Bamboo Massage. The journey I have enjoyed over the last ten years has been incredible and I have learnt a great deal, I have met some amazing people and have some amazing and loyal clients. Without them, their kind feedback and words of reccommendation I wouldnt be here today.
So to those of you who encouraged me to train, those of you who have suported me along the way and to my clients...Thank you and lets go Celebrate!!!! I look forward to the next ten years :-)

So February has finally arrived and we wave goodbye to a long cold January. The daffodils and snow drops have started to appear and evenings are getting lighter, spring is hopefully around the corner. With February comes Valentines Day, the day first became associated with love back in the 14th Centuary! Think how many red roses and box of choloates have been given since? This year instead of the obligatory gifts why not buy your loved one what they really want. Massage Therapy has a great choice of Gift Vouchers for a variety of massage treatments or why not try the NEW Warm Bamboo Massage - its heavenly (if i do say so myself).
Have a lovely Valentines all xxx

Its been a great start to the new year, and I have decided this year to widen the variety of therapies I offer my clients. Expanding on my massage expertise I am excited to confirm that I have booked to train in Warm Bamboo Massage at the end of January. Bamboo massage is a great way to provide Swedish/Deep tissue massage using heated bamboo to roll and knead the tissue and muscles, this promotes relaxation and well-being.
I am looking to train in other courses later on this year, keeping up to date with the latest massage techniques for my clients, and to ensure the treatments I offer are the best they can be. This year is going to be exciting and I hope to see you along the way :-).

What a great week, I absolutely love December, its always so busy with clients and Gift Vouchers, however I have managed to find time this week to take part in a wreath making afternoon. I wouldnt say I was artistic but under the guidance of Hannah Burnett Florist I managed to create a wreath which wasnt half bad! The afternoon was held at the lovely Moorland Garden Hotel near Plymouth and they also provided a gorgeous afternoon tea. I often work at the hotel providing a range of Massage treatments to their guests http://www.moorlandgardenhotel.co.uk/pamper-treatments.
Feeling quite pleased, I have now hung my wreath outside the front door ready to greet all all my lovely clients throughout December.
